Rules, rights, responsibilities, and guidelines for staying at Warbler Nest Premium Homestay and using our services.

01Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Warbler Nest Premium Homestay ("Warbler Nest", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website (warbler.co), reserving a room, or staying at our property located at Nayanpur Road, Ganeshguri, Guwahati, Assam 781006, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your booking or stay.

02Guest Verification & Indian Government Rules

As mandated by local law enforcement and government regulations in Assam, India:

Valid Photo ID: Every adult guest (18+ years) must present a valid physical government-issued Photo ID card during check-in. Accepted IDs include Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID.
PAN Card Exclusion: As per Indian hospitality statutory guidelines, PAN Cards are not accepted as valid identity proof for check-in.
Foreign Nationals: Guests holding foreign passports must present a valid Passport and Indian Visa / OCI card to complete Form C reporting.
Age Requirement: The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age.

03Check-in, Check-out & Occupancy

Standard Check-In

1:00 PM IST

Early check-in subject to room availability.

Standard Check-Out

11:00 AM IST

Late check-out may incur additional hourly fees.

Maximum Occupancy: Guests must strictly adhere to the maximum occupancy designated per room type. Unregistered visitors are not permitted in guest bedrooms after 9:00 PM.

04House Rules, Quiet Hours & Conduct

To preserve the peaceful, family-friendly ambience of Warbler Nest:

Non-Smoking Policy: All interior rooms and enclosed suites are strictly 100% non-smoking. Designated outdoor terrace areas are provided for smoking.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Loud music, parties, or noisy gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Illegal Activities: Any possession of illegal narcotics, weapons, or unlawful activity will result in immediate reservation termination without refund and police reporting.

05Property Damage & Guest Liability

Guests are responsible for treating property fixtures, appliances, linens, and furniture with care. In the event of intentional damage, missing property, or extreme staining, Warbler Nest reserves the right to charge the guest for repairing or replacing the damaged items prior to departure.

06Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Assam and the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with stays or bookings at Warbler Nest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam, India.
